Returns

You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
Packaged in the original box or container
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at admin@tefball.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions for sending your item back.

Note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items can’t be returned, including:

Custom or personalized items
Products marked as final sale
Gift cards
Opened or used hygiene-related items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order out quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
Need it faster? If you require expedited shipping or delivery within 24 hours, please let us know by adding a note at checkout or emailing us immediately after placing your order.
